For an app issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a short description of what happened. Please don’t send private photos, passwords or payment-card details.

How deletion works

Choosing Remove only marks an item. You review your choices in Unhoard, then iOS asks you to confirm deletion. Deleted items go to Recently Deleted in Photos, where they are normally recoverable for up to 30 days. With iCloud Photos, deletion also affects your synced devices.

Space is reclaimed when Photos permanently deletes the items. Unhoard does not promise that marking or reviewing a photo immediately frees storage.

Purchases and Premium

Unhoard’s public iPhone release is coming soon. If you’re testing the app, use Restore purchases in its plan settings to check an existing purchase. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
